Refund Policy
Our 7-day refund commitment for digital products & services. Last updated: May 2026.
At TrueMoneyTalk, we want every customer to be 100% satisfied. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what happens after you submit a request.
✅ Eligible for Full Refund
- Product not delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- Product is corrupted or unreadable (PDF won’t open, broken links, etc.)
- Wrong product delivered (you received item B but ordered item A)
- Account credentials don’t work on first login attempt
- Coaching call cancelled by us and not rescheduled within 7 days
- Duplicate charge for the same order
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after the product has been downloaded
- Account credentials already delivered and used by you
- Coaching call already completed (you may request rescheduling instead)
- You did not follow the strategies and didn’t get the expected results (we provide guidance, not income guarantees)
- Refund requested after 7 days from the purchase date
- Refund requested for free downloads or bonus items
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@truemoneytalk.com within 7 days of your purchase
- Include in your email: Order number, email used at checkout, product name, reason for refund, and (if applicable) screenshots/proof of issue
- We respond within 24-48 business hours with a decision
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method

Partial Refunds
For bundle products (e.g. our 10 PDF eBook bundle), a partial refund may be issued if only some items are defective. The refund amount will be prorated based on the affected items.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and the loss of access to all purchased products. We are committed to resolving every issue fairly and quickly.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
